Stepped Approach

Staff development does not need to stop at gaining the personal licence holder or service of alcohol qualification.  The ILA fund is available every year to staff and they could use this in future years to gain training in:

  • Conflict Management.
  • First Aid – Emergency First Aid or Appointed Person.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene.
  • Security (SIA)
  • Customer Service

A combination of skills that will provide you with well qualified staff in your establishments.

Staff training and development is also crucial in building staff moral and empowering the workforce to feel that they are qualified to provide a professional and confident service.
